Error logs are a great way to troubleshoot issues on your store. If a WooCart error shows on your store URL it will come with a request ID. Save that ID and paste it into the search of the Error Log tab. It will show you exactly what is the culprit.
You can click on the error to show you the full stack trace.
Even if errors are not breaking your store, it's still beneficial to check the logs every once in a while to see if any plugins are acting up.
