WooCommerce Transactional Emails

The "From" address and name for your store transactional emails can be changed by going to WooCommerce settings, tab Email. Scrolling down to Email sender options, you will see the two fields. It's recommended you change this only in the case that you are setting your own Transactional Email Provider.

Using Shared Transactional Emails

If you are using Shared Transactional Emails, the setting is configured to [email protected]. The mywoocart.com domain has configured DKIM and SPF for better email deliverability.

Using Dedicated Transactional Emails

If you are using Dedicated Transactional Emails, the setting is configured to [email protected]. If you host DNS with WooCart, the DKIM and SPF verifications are configured. You are free to change the address, as long as it's on the same domain.

Using your own Transactional Email Providers

If you are using your own Provider and have already configured it, feel free to change the address. Don't forget to add DKIM and SPF records to your DNS. If you do not know what those are, we highly recommend you stick with Shared or Dedicated Transactional Email, otherwise your email deliverability will suffer.

Contact Form 7

If you're using Contact Form 7, you might want to change the "From" address, even though it's only used for sending emails to the store owner's email address.

Go to the contact form that's used on the store, and click Edit. Under Email you will see the field that can be changed.
